Who is Bespoke Training Services?

Bespoke Training is the APN Training Partner for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Our AWS Instructor-Led Courses and customised training packages are designed to help you deliver cloud-based solutions using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. We offer training that equips Solutions Architects, Systems Operators and Developers to design, develop and operate available, efficient and secure applications on the AWS cloud.

How long are the instructor-led Training classes?

The instructor-led training classes range from ½ a day to three days. Review individual course descriptions for complete details.

Are the classes taught by AWS Instructors?

Yes, all our trainers are AWS Certified Professional Instructors.

Do I need to bring my own laptop to the instructor-led training courses? If yes, what are the requirements?

Yes, please ensure you bring your own device to class. This will enable you to participate in the hands-on lab training and also have access to the digital courseware. Please ensure your laptop meets the following requirements:

  • A notebook computer with Wi-Fi (mouse recommended for LABs)
  • Administrator access to the computer (if Windows)
  • Access to either Chrome, Firefox or Safari web-browser
  • Access to your work email (for password resets if necessary)
  • A secondary iPad or tablet to help you review lab documentation during the exercises (optional)

What time do the classes start and finish?

Our in-class training sessions and Professional CertPrep WebEx classes begin at 9:00am and end at 5:00pm each day. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to check-in on the first day with your course host.

Our Associate CertPrep WebEx classes begin at 9:00am and end at 1:00pm.

Is the training course catered for?

Yes, lunch will be provided. There will also be 15 minute, morning and afternoon breaks with tea & coffee provided. Dietary requirements will be catered for upon request.

Is there a cost associated with the instructor-led training?

Yes, our courses include a registration fee. Review individual course descriptions and costs for complete course details / fees.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payment online by Visa & MasterCard (and AMEX in ANZ). A valid credit card must be provided at the time of the online booking / registration process. Please contact us to coordinate invoice payments and for more information.

Can I register on behalf of another person, or for a group of people?

Yes, you can register on behalf of your colleagues. However, during the registration process, specific student details will need to be provided for each attendee. Eg. email, full name, job title, contact number, dietary requirements.

Can our company organise onsite group training?

Yes, we can cater for larger dedicated onsite training courses. For all enquires, please contact us for more information.

Can I cancel my registration for Bespoke Training courses?

You may cancel your registration no less than 14 days prior to the start date of the chosen course and you will be entitled to a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of a course are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to the Bespoke Training Terms and Conditions.

Is my registration transferable?

Registrations are transferable to another individual. You will need to contact Bespoke Training Services to transfer your seat into a colleague’s name. The transfer can be administered up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled course start date. Any notice after this will not be changed and there will be no refund issued for the student that cannot attend.

Where can I find a copy of my Certificate of Attendance for a class I have attended?

Log into the AWS LMS, select the ‘My Training’ tab at top of page and click the ‘Active’ tab and change to ‘Completed’. This will allow you to view, print, and download your Certificate. This can be accessed at anytime after the course.
