Who are Bespoke Training Services?
Through world-class, instructor-led training, Bespoke delivers the IT cloud technology skills of the future. We help individuals’ future-proof their career, and organisations maintain a robust and capable workforce.
Bespoke Training runs expert, live, virtual training courses for IT teams and professionals in Australia and New Zealand. We offer a range of online courses, across the full spectrum of learning paths, from the two leading cloud providers – AWS and Microsoft.
Starting out as the primary AWS training specialist in 2013, Bespoke has since run thousands or courses serving over 35,900 students. In 2023, we expanded our offering and were excited to become a Microsoft Azure Training Partner.
Our experienced trainers have the know-how and experience to help students and businesses fast-track the benefits of AWS and Azure cloud computing.
We offer training that equips Solutions Architects, Systems Operators and Developers to design, develop and operate available, efficient and secure applications on the cloud.
How long are the instructor-led Training classes?
The instructor-led training classes range from ½ a day to five days. Review our individual course descriptions for the full details.
How is the training delivered?
Our standard delivery mode is live online, hosted and guided by one of our accredited teaching instructors.
We do also provide onsite, face-to-face training for teams with at least 15 students. If you would like to find out more about running an onsite training course for your team, please contact Bespoke to discuss options.

What tools do I need to access the training?
The standard platform that we use is Zoom for all our live, online training. You will need a computer or laptop with a steady internet connection to attend the training.
What time do the classes start and finish?
Our live, virtual training sessions begin at 9:00am AEDT Sydney time and end at 5:00pm each day. Please plan to be online 10 minutes prior to the start of the class to check-in on the first day with your course host.
Is there a cost associated with the instructor-led training?
Yes, our courses include a registration fee. Review individual course descriptions and costs for complete course fees.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept credit card payment online by Visa & MasterCard (and AMEX in ANZ). A valid credit card must be provided at the time of the online booking / registration process. Please contact us to coordinate invoice payments and for more information.
Can I register on behalf of another person, or for a group of people?
Yes, you can register on behalf of your colleagues. However, during the registration process, specific student details will need to be provided for each attendee. Eg. email, full name, job title, mobile number etc.
Can our company organise onsite group training?
Yes, we can cater for larger dedicated onsite training courses. For all enquires, please contact us for more information.
Can I cancel my registration for Bespoke Training courses?
You may cancel your registration no less than 14 days prior to the start date of the chosen course and you will be entitled to a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of a course are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to the Bespoke Training Terms and Conditions.
Is my registration transferable?
Registrations are transferable to another individual. You will need to contact Bespoke Training Services to transfer your seat into a colleague’s name. The transfer can be administered up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled course start date. Any notice after this will not be changed and there will be no refund issued for the student that cannot attend.
Where can I find a copy of my Certificate of Attendance for a class I have attended?
This will be emailed to you from booking@ bespoketraining.com on completion of your training. If you do not receive this please contact Bespoke Training to organise for it to be resent.
